The Art of Manifesting Method® was created
by Colette Baron-Reid and Anna Denning
A drawing method using frequency art to broadcast your intentions as you co-create with the Universe and the field of possibilities, to bring you to a space where you are receptive to positive outcomes without forcing or being in total control of how the outcomes will manifest. Trusting that rehearsing a state of being, for instance gratitude, will create more to be grateful for.
Using this drawing method can calm your nervous system, and focus attention on your intention. You are creating the right conditions for new possibilities to appear and you will experience these and be more aware through synchronicities, opportunities, and insights.
All this with a simple 7 step drawing practice!
You don't have to be an artist. If you can draw lines and circles you will do great!
It is not about the drawing but about the feeling you are rehearsing while you are drawing!

My Personal Experience with the AM Method
I have been using the AM Method for over a year now. I loved using it from the start as I saw it working in my life.
When I was stuck on something, I would do a drawing and that block would go away and new answers would come.
When I felt stressed, I would draw and I felt my heart rate slow down, my mind clear and I felt calm and even happy.
When my pool was destroyed this Winter I drew with the intention that I would find a way to get the pool replaced and I have enjoyed my new pool all Summer.
When I felt overwhelmed by life, I drew gratitude drawings and by the time I was done I felt myself counting my blessings.
I knew from the beginning that I wanted to teach this to others and I did a drawing about that too and was able to manifest what I needed to take the course.
Here I am certified as a facilitator and I can't wait to show you how this works.
