Trance with Tolisar (1)

January 6, 2026 I worked in my trance class group and a new being came through. I felt that since he came twice during the 4 hours I was working that I would share a part of his message with you. 
"I come from an ancient time, from an ancient galaxy. I come from a very strong group of beings. I am attracted to your light and your strength. You may not always feel strong but you are. There are times when you have to dig deep to find that strength but know it is always there. If you can't find it, call on us, the Ancients. We are the Ancients. We come to you and you may hear light language as that is an easier language for us. 
We are very strong. We are big. You would call us giants. We needed to be like this to help build this world, this Universe. We needed to be very big and strong. Now we find those on Earth who are strong and we let them know that you have inherited this strength from us the Ancients. Anything you put your mind to, you will find the strength and courage to do it. 
Take some time to meditate, ask us to come in and we will. It may not be me, it may be another ancient but you just have to ask. You will feel your body get stronger energetically, you may feel your shoulders get bigger. You may feel taller, You may feel that your brain is huge because we have very big heads. We will help you accomplish all the thoughts and ideas that come into your mind for your future. You have so much to do.
Your hands will feel like you can carry the earth when you blend with is. Your hands will feel huge. You will know with these hands of yours you can mold a life that you want like a piece of clay. You can mold it in your hands. Feel that strength that we send to you.
You have not always felt as strong as you are. You may have felt at times fragile, emotionally especially. We are here to let you know we will help you. We will help you build strength back up. Any time you need to be with us we will be with you.
When you sit on a cliff or a rock, know that our strength is there in that stone, in those rocks, in the granite, in marble. We are built like this with such strength and that is for you.
This is how you can connect with us, through the rocks, through the mountains, through the cliffs. We gather on Earth in places like the Grand Canyon. It is a magical place and we blend right in with the scenery there, with the mountains and canyons we blend right in and nobody knows we are there. I am letting you know so you know we are there. We are also in other canyons and in other mountains, so when you feel you need to connect go find a hill, go sit on a rock. go to the Grand Canyon. We are all around you and we are here for you.
Continue down your path and when you do a mediation find yourself around large rocks, boulders, hills and feel our Prescence. We will help you build strength."

This was the first time I felt this being but he did connect with me twice that day. I did not record the second time unfortunately. Understand that he did not speak with perfect grammar and was a bit repetitive but I wrote this as he said it. When he was leaving he did give me a name and it was Tolisar. I feel confident he will come again. Another thing he mentioned during the day was those who the ancients work with most have an attraction for crystals and rocks that they find. 
I believe he came to me because I have always been attracted to rocks. As a young girl I used to spend time sitting on the one large rock in my neighborhood. I had rock collections and still do and I was always attracted to the rocks around the shore, and although I love the ocean, I chose to live amongst the mountains. When I made a trip to the Grand Canyon, I felt so much emotion and was in tears. I thought it was the immense beauty of the canyon but now I feel I was connecting with the Ancients there. 
I tried using AI to make a picture of Tolisar but it isn't quite right as his face is so much more worn and much bigger and not quite the right shape but I am sharing it anyway. When I get a chance I will try and draw him and share. 
I will share future and maybe a couple of my past Trance session now and then.
