As I worked on this crystal drawing with my fluorite crystal standing on my desk, I worked on clarity. I felt so much energy and it went deep. I was looking for clarity about my businesses. One being my yorkie business and the other my spiritual business. The first symbol started out as a spiral but ended up being a snail. I drew snails in a drawing last week also. The message I received was "Keep Moving."
On the right I drew a window and soon I was looking out of that window with the curtains blowing in the breeze, waiting with hope and excitement for what is coming next. Watching the flowers, my dreams, grow. The tree above the window shows the growth that is already occurring. Soon a book appeared and I wondered if this was my book that I am writing, or is it one of the children's books I need to make illustrations for? Then the glasses showed up and I knew it was more about me studying which was a sign that I am meant to take the teacher course in June.
The beach ball is beckoning me to the ocean, the beach. I will spend more time there this summer. The message of the key hole is, it is okay to take a peek at my future even if I can't get there yet. The faces are people who will come along on my journey and the music notes are a reminder of just how important music is to my life and well being. Finally a dog showed up so I knew I would continue for now in that business. The spiritual business will come along as long as I keep moving. I am so very thankful for this lesson♥
The fluorite looks a bit like a prism and mine had patterns and compartments of sorts. the colors are chakra colors which I like to use in many of my drawings. Fluorite can be made of all of these colors!

I was asked in our practice group to do a Trance demonstration. Riker came and this is the transcription from the session.

I come from the stars, not one place. I like to travel. I come to Anne because of her light. When her light shines, when she is open, I am attracted to her light and I know I can come in and she will let me speak.

Did you ever walk the Earth in a life?
No, No I am light, I am in the galaxy, I am in the Universe. I travel very quickly. Light is fast. I was never human. I am the energy of joy. 
Thank you for coming to us. Do you feel that the vibration of  joy is one that is higher than love?  
They are hand in hand. When you feel love, you feel joy. When you feel joy, you feel love. It is just a matter of words, the energy is the same.
Have you always been the guardian of joy or did you have a different task prior to this?
I am not a guardian, I am an energy of light and joy. I have always been what I am. There are many of us, I am just one.
Who named you Riker?
It is just who I am. It is a fun name. I like the way humans say it. RRRRiker. It is a joyful name, a joyful energy. It fills up the heart of the humans. 
Can the energy of joy, it's so difficult in many places of the earth for example Haiti, it is very difficult to find joy in some of the areas of the world right now, Can the Universe or the galaxy or the part of the sur group you belong to, how hard do they have to work to increase that vibration?
Unfortunately not everyone on this planet is open to us. It is part of their life process. We come to those who are open. We cannot force ourselves on  someone who is not ready. It may not be part of their life lessons this time. We wish we could do more. We do what we can.
How do we summon your energy?
Get into a quiet space, open to the blend, Feel the love in your heart as you open to the blend and one of us will see your light and be attracted to it.you just must be open.
Can you describe how Earth looks to you and what are the misconceptions that humanity has about the earth?
The earth looks like a dark spot with little tiny lights coming through shining towards us. That is how we see it from way up in space, from where we are from. and as I said, we are attracted to the light, to those who are open, to those who want to experience this. So we look for the little lights coming from the dark circle in space. We do not see what you see. solids and mass, oceans, we do not see that. We just see the lights coming from the humans on the planet, who want to connect, and we connect with them. I connect with Anne.
Are there any other energies that you work with frequently?
I have been attracted to Anne's light. I have worked with others in the past. one at a time.
Do you work mainly with the souls on the Earth plain?
 Yes 
Do you also allow those who have transitioned to the spirit world to commune with you even more fully?
Only with humans who are on the earth. People who have gone to spirit do not need our light because they are in spirit now and in light.
Are you in spirit or are you galactic, like a star seed? 
I would be considered a galactic being but I have no shape, I have no form. I am light energy, but I come from space.
Do you have a memory of your existence from the very beginning? Can you lose that memory?
Memory. Memory is not something we worry about as light beings. It is more of a human thing. We just exist, as we exist.
Do you use light languages, different vibrations outside of the earth, beyond back in the Universe?
Yes, but you would not understand that, so I come through and use Anne's language.
Some of those languages are very powerful, very high vibration and they change things more rapidly.
Light Language is being used more and more.
Will the increase of light language bring us into a new era of peace?
Only if all want peace. There will always be those who do not. The powerful who do not want peace will make it so there is no peace. You can make peace in your own life. Peace with the people around you. The vibration will rise but it may never be to a place where you would want it to be for the entire planet.
Are you able to channel light language through Anne?
Yes, We have.
Will you give us an example?
Riker spoke in Light language to the group but it is impossible for me to transcribe it even phonetically.
Find the joy in your heart. It is always there even in the tough times, even when you feel sad, the spark of joy is there. You can feel it. It can overtake the sadness. You just need to allow it to happen.

Answer from Asha
Big changes. Some will be easy, some will not.
You will learn to find more strength within you.
It won't always be easy.
Gather your tribe. Gather the souls you trust. 
There will be new souls coming in that you have not met before and they will help you get through the trying times and you will help them. A give and take.
Remember to receive. Do not get depleted by giving all you have, Save some for yourself. 
the planet is changing. Because of this people will come together. People you don't expect to come together will because really we are all here for the same purpose. We are all trying to live our human life. We are all trying to find out spirit within and let that grow. Let your light shine.
Do not close yourself off. Be open to the new. You can still hold onto the old but not too tightly. The new will bring you joy.
​People will be opening up. Opening to spirit. Opening to Light.
I see the lightworkers coming forward and rising and holding the energy to bring peace. You must hold the energy and send it love and raise the vibration.
Some may not want to come with us. Some may not be ready in this lifetime.
They will ne the ones who are left without the support that those who rise will get.
It is their choice. It is their free will.
Send them light and love but do not let them drag you down.
Your vibrations must rise so you can help heal the planet.
​So you can help heal those who want healing. We will send light and love to those who do not. It may help them in their journey. It will depend on how hard a shell they put around their physical body because some just don't want the light. 
It is not part of their journey this time.
 Just remember to work on yourself and share your light with others.
It is very important this year especially,
The energy of strength for this year is coming. You will feel it. You will feel it because you are open to it .
Great thins will happen. It will happen to people personally , it will happen to people in groups, It will happen to the collective.
to those who are open to it, so be open to receive.
I see the energy swirling. I looks like a fire with smoke swirling up into the air.
Fire cleanses. There may be more fires. They are coming to cleanse the earth.

Speak your truth to the people around you. don't be afraid.
you may think they don't understand, and some may not. 
But be true to yourself by speaking your truth.
Show them that they are not alone and they never have been.
We are around them.
We are Home. We are home here. You are our family.
We love you and we are here to help.

January 6, 2026 I worked in my trance class group and a new being came through. I felt that since he came twice during the 4 hours I was working that I would share a part of his message with you. 
"I come from an ancient time, from an ancient galaxy. I come from a very strong group of beings. I am attracted to your light and your strength. You may not always feel strong but you are. There are times when you have to dig deep to find that strength but know it is always there. If you can't find it, call on us, the Ancients. We are the Ancients. We come to you and you may hear light language as that is an easier language for us. 
We are very strong. We are big. You would call us giants. We needed to be like this to help build this world, this Universe. We needed to be very big and strong. Now we find those on Earth who are strong and we let them know that you have inherited this strength from us the Ancients. Anything you put your mind to, you will find the strength and courage to do it. 
Take some time to meditate, ask us to come in and we will. It may not be me, it may be another ancient but you just have to ask. You will feel your body get stronger energetically, you may feel your shoulders get bigger. You may feel taller, You may feel that your brain is huge because we have very big heads. We will help you accomplish all the thoughts and ideas that come into your mind for your future. You have so much to do.
Your hands will feel like you can carry the earth when you blend with is. Your hands will feel huge. You will know with these hands of yours you can mold a life that you want like a piece of clay. You can mold it in your hands. Feel that strength that we send to you.
You have not always felt as strong as you are. You may have felt at times fragile, emotionally especially. We are here to let you know we will help you. We will help you build strength back up. Any time you need to be with us we will be with you.
When you sit on a cliff or a rock, know that our strength is there in that stone, in those rocks, in the granite, in marble. We are built like this with such strength and that is for you.
This is how you can connect with us, through the rocks, through the mountains, through the cliffs. We gather on Earth in places like the Grand Canyon. It is a magical place and we blend right in with the scenery there, with the mountains and canyons we blend right in and nobody knows we are there. I am letting you know so you know we are there. We are also in other canyons and in other mountains, so when you feel you need to connect go find a hill, go sit on a rock. go to the Grand Canyon. We are all around you and we are here for you.
Continue down your path and when you do a mediation find yourself around large rocks, boulders, hills and feel our Prescence. We will help you build strength."

This was the first time I felt this being but he did connect with me twice that day. I did not record the second time unfortunately. Understand that he did not speak with perfect grammar and was a bit repetitive but I wrote this as he said it. When he was leaving he did give me a name and it was Tolisar. I feel confident he will come again. Another thing he mentioned during the day was those who the ancients work with most have an attraction for crystals and rocks that they find. 
I believe he came to me because I have always been attracted to rocks. As a young girl I used to spend time sitting on the one large rock in my neighborhood. I had rock collections and still do and I was always attracted to the rocks around the shore, and although I love the ocean, I chose to live amongst the mountains. When I made a trip to the Grand Canyon, I felt so much emotion and was in tears. I thought it was the immense beauty of the canyon but now I feel I was connecting with the Ancients there. 
I tried using AI to make a picture of Tolisar but it isn't quite right as his face is so much more worn and much bigger and not quite the right shape but I am sharing it anyway. When I get a chance I will try and draw him and share. 
I will share future and maybe a couple of my past Trance session now and then.

Lately I have mentioned in a couple of the groups I have hosted, that you can find messages coming from places you don't expect them to come from. You just have to be open to them. It could be something said on television or a movie. A certain phrase that will answer a question you have been pondering. You could read a sentence in a book that resonates with what you have been thinking. You could receive validation from a conversation you are having or a song on the radio. 
Here are a couple of real-life examples that happened to me today.
I have been making drawings to manifest what I want in life using the "Art of Manifesting". I really love the latest drawing I am working on and was thinking the sun in the picture would make a great tattoo. I have been going back and forth about getting a tattoo for years. My husband doesn't like them and that has stopped me for over 20 years. I also wonder if maybe I am too old. Just as I asked the Universe whether I should do this, the song "Here Comes the Sun" came on Pandora! I laughed out loud! There was my answer in a message from the Universe on Pandora!! I will be drawing a new sun, and I already see what I want in my head.
I was in my Trance Mediumship 4-hour boot camp class most of today. It was fabulous! During the last group session, I sat with my small group and my teacher Tony Stockwell. He watched us as we went into Trance and after gave each of us a reading although very short what he said was very meaningful to me. First he saw that my Dad is with me which is very validating for me. I know he works with me in spirit, and James Van Praagh has picked up on him three times but it is always nice when I hear that my dad is with me. He also talked about my guides and said he sees me working with groups of people. I didn't even know that I needed that validation but after what I had gone through emotionally setting up my new development group, I was happy to get that information from Tony. I know I am on the right path. I have been teaching in one way or another for most of my life. I love to teach and share and help others find their path. That validation was something very special that I didn't even know I needed.
So, you see, you never know where the message will come from, and you may not even know you need to hear it, but keep yourself open to receiving and you just may be surprised at what you get♥

Seven years ago today, I was sitting in my car in the Best Buy parking lot, waiting for an ambulance that felt like it would never get there in time. I was having a heart attack.
Earlier that morning, I was in the hospital having a stress test. They used a medication to get my heart rate up because I had a back injury and could not walk on the treadmill. The medication triggered a pretty bad headache. They said that was normal. After a little bit of time my chest started to hurt, and my left arm started to ache. They said it was probably from the blood pressure cuff. Finally, I told them to stop because I was in pain. They stopped. They were not happy because they didn't get my heart rate up enough for the test to be accurate. I sat up and had to lie right back down. The tech said just to lay there a minute. I could hear her irritation in her voice. I got back up and left. As my husband and I walked out of the hospital, I felt a hint of that headache coming back.
We had planned on spending the day in Lebanon shopping. We started at Best Buy. As we stood waiting for Art's turn with the tech who would help him with his new iPad, I started to feel bad. I scanned the store for a chair and there was none. I had to sit so I left my husband and went out to the car. That is when the pain in my chest came back. It was crushing pain, and it went right down my left arm. I called my husband and thankfully he had his phone on. I told him I was having a heart attack. He came right out and we called 911. 
I wanted to call my children, but the operator would not let me get off the phone. I was so afraid they would not get there in time. It felt like forever. I just kept picturing my children in my head. I didn't want to leave them. I looked at my husband's face and saw a bit of panic in his eyes. The ambulance finally got there. I got right up and walked quickly to the ambulance. They were great. They had me chew baby aspirin and sprayed nitro in my mouth. The pain got better. I had some hope that I would get through this.
After some blood work I was told I had a heart attack, and I had a blockage in my LAD which they call the widow maker or in my case I guess it would have been and widower maker. I was taken to the cardiac floor and for New Year 2019 I was given a stent and a second chance at life!
I have often wondered why did I make it?
I came up with many reasons! 
I was able to be with my dad for the last 5 days of his life and sit with him as he transitioned.
I was there for my Mom who lost her best friend and love of her life. 
I was still here to be in the lives of my grandchildren and be there for 2 more grandchildren Chase and Aleah and my great-granddaughter Avrie.
I am here to make many more memories with my children who I love more than my life!
I am here to care for my husband as he maneuvers his life with dementia and heart disease.
I am here to write my book and finish my children's stories and illustrations.
I am here to hopefully make a positive difference in the lives of others.
I am here to continue my spiritual work.
I am here because it was not my time to leave and I am so thankful for these past 7 years and hope for more. 
I do not worry as I did right after the heart attack, about having another heart attack. My checkups have been great, and I feel pretty good. 
I am very thankful for every moment I have here on this planet.
Thankful for all the good and not so good experiences in my life.
Most of all I am so thankful for my family and my friends. 
My heart is full of love for the people in my life!

Welcome to my blog! I was going to start this blog page back on the 8th of December, but I was having some technical difficulties. I have figured them out for now and decided to share that post from the 8th below.
Christmas is over and I hope you all have a wonderful day! I loved being with my family. Any excuse to be with them is great! I think this Christmas was one of my best. Now a new year is about to start. I am very hopeful as I feel this year will be a strong year for me. The year of the horse. Horses are smart, strong, and so intuitive. I plan on growing in those ways. 
I am writing my book that I started back about 10 years ago. I will be working with James Van Praagh in his writing course. I just needed a push, and this course is that push. I may share some excerpts from the book as I go, here on the blog.
I will do my best to share when I am inspired to. There will be so much coming up as I continue to travel this journey called life. Maybe my inspiration will help inspire someone who happens to read this blog. We are connected in many ways and just like a rain drop falling into a body of water causes a ripple, the things we do in life have a similar effect! I will do my best to make those ripples in a positive loving way!

     Lately, I have been getting outside and walking my labyrinth. I wasn't able to walk for most of the summer as I had a knee injury, but this fall I got back to walking almost daily. I love the energy, and I am walking multiple times in a row to get a good walking work out. Getting the benefits in more than one way. We had our first big snowstorm getting about 9 inches of snow. I went out in the late morning and walked the labyrinth to push down the snow. A few hours later in the afternoon I went back out to be sure I had a path through. As I walked and was kicking the snow to the side, I felt that joy I felt as a child when out playing in the snow. I was so happy. I thought it would be fun to make a snow angel but was afraid I wouldn't be able to get back up so I allowed that fear to stop me from doing what my inner child wanted to do. 
     It has been over a week and as I was walking the labyrinth today, I fell. I have never fallen in 21 years of walking the labyrinth. I landed on a soft cushion of snow and did not hit any of the rocks. I got myself up and continued walking. I felt a twinge in my back but wanted to get my 4 times done. When I stopped in the center, and took some breaths to quiet my mind I felt that the fall was actually a lesson to show me that I could get back up without help. But I wonder, did I have help? Was it an angel who helped me fall just in the right place so I would not get injured? When I think about my life, I have fallen many times and got back up. I believe in those times I had the help of God and the angels. They help me stand on my feet and move on.
    I know more will be coming in my life where I may feel like I can't, but I will remember this fall and get myself back up and move forward, knowing I have spiritual helpers who were sent to me by my creator.
     So, guess what I did? I walked over to a spot where the snow was undisturbed, got down and made a snow angel. I laid there for a few minutes. The cold of the snow felt good on my back. My inner child was filled with joy! I found another spot where the snow was perfect and again, I made another angel. It has set the tone for my day, and I know I will look for the joy of today. 
     I little side note. I had a beautiful reading in the practice group I attend on Saturday. I was told that water is a big part of my being, and I do know this. I love the ocean and being in my pool. I was not able to get to the ocean this summer and really missed swimming at the beach. It is difficult in the winter as it is just too cold to swim. I told her of my desire to lie in the snow and make the snow angels, and she told me to just do it as snow is a form of water. I am very happy she gave me that nudge. I may just have to do it again maybe with my grandson next time!
